The Challenge
Making a critical electrical infrastructure visible to power continuous production processes.
In a large-scale dairy industry, energy is not an auxiliary utility: it is the heart of production. Cold storage rooms, processing lines, pumping systems, auxiliary services, and distribution systems all rely on a stable, traceable, and highly available power grid.
The client needed to centralize medium-voltage network data, reduce reliance on manual inspections, detect critical electrical events, and secure reliable historical data to make technical decisions based on data, not guesswork.
The business question was simple and brutally concrete: what is happening in the power grid, when did it occur, where did it occur, and how does it impact plant continuity?
The Solution
A PME architecture to transition from scattered measurements to centralized electrical intelligence.
